What data we process

The data you give us in the forms: company, country, name, email, phone, type of buyer, lots of interest and your message.

What for

• To send you the Excel with the list of references you asked for.
• To answer your enquiry, prepare an offer or a reservation and arrange visits.
• To inform you about available lots and price changes of the lots you are interested in. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the GDPR).

How long

While the stock is being sold and, afterwards, for the time needed to meet legal obligations. If you do not buy, we delete your data at the latest two years after the last contact.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. The site is hosted by Hostinger, which acts as data processor.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing and request its portability by writing to stocks@zytel.es. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Visit statistics

We count visits and clicks without cookies and without storing your IP address: only the page, the date and the source campaign. See the cookie policy.
