Questions from exporters
Can I buy to export to the Middle East or North Africa?
Yes. We sell to exporting companies and to buyers outside the EU, as complete lots or as a custom lot from €5,000 + VAT with references from one or several lots.
How does VAT work if the goods leave the EU?
Exports outside the EU are VAT-exempt, with the export customs declaration handled by the buyer or their freight forwarder. Companies in other EU countries with a VAT number validated in VIES: VAT-exempt intra-community supply. Sales in Spain: 21 %.
How are the goods delivered?
EXW Zaragoza (Spain): your transport or freight forwarder collects from our warehouse. Goods leave palletised and shrink-wrapped. On request, we quote the transport, invoiced separately at cost.
Can we inspect the goods before paying?
Yes. Any professional buyer can visit the warehouse by appointment. We also send photos and video of any lot and, for lots with rubber, PPE or abrasives, photos of the manufacturing dates of the references you ask for.
How do we reserve and pay?
We issue a proforma invoice; a 20 % deposit by bank transfer reserves the lot for 10 calendar days and the balance is paid by bank transfer before the goods leave. If, when you inspect the lot in our warehouse before paying the balance, it does not match its list, we refund the deposit in full.

How to buy
- Choose the lot or lots. The Excel lists every reference.
- Reserve with a 20 % deposit. The lot is held for you for 10 days.
- Pay the balance by bank transfer before the goods leave. If, when you inspect it in the warehouse, it does not match its list, we refund the deposit.
- Collect it from our warehouse (EXW) or ask us for a transport quote.
