Terms of sale
Seller and invoicing party: Zytel Automoción y Renovables S.L. (VAT no. ESB99234296), hereinafter «Zytel». This is a translation; in case of discrepancy the Spanish version prevails.
1. Goods
Unused goods, from surplus warehouse stock of industrial supply distributors. Each lot is described in its list of references, which is part of the offer. Images marked as «reference image» show a model of the same family and may not match the exact item.
2. Sale of complete lots
Lots are sold complete, as a closed set and for one global price. Single items are not sold and no per-item discounts apply. The price per line in the Excel is only the breakdown of the lot price. The price of each lot is the one shown on its page, in euros and excluding VAT.
Custom lots: at the buyer's request, Zytel can put together a lot with references from one or several lots, for a minimum amount of €5,000 excluding VAT. Its list and price are set in the proforma invoice.
3. Reservation and payment
- Zytel issues a proforma invoice for the lot.
- The buyer pays a 20 % deposit by bank transfer. The lot is reserved for 10 calendar days and shown as «Reserved» on the website.
- The balance is paid by bank transfer before the goods leave. Once payment is received, Zytel issues the invoice and the lot is ready for collection.
If the balance is not paid within the reservation period, the lot is put back on sale.
If the buyer inspects the lot in the warehouse within the reservation period, before paying the balance, and the lot does not match its list, Zytel refunds the deposit in full.
4. Delivery
EXW Zaragoza (Spain): the buyer collects from the warehouse with their own transport. On request, Zytel quotes the transport, invoiced separately at cost. Goods are delivered palletised and shrink-wrapped.
5. VAT
- Spain: 21 %.
- Companies in other EU Member States: VAT-exempt intra-community supply, with reverse charge, provided the buyer's VAT number is validated in VIES.
- Export outside the EU: VAT-exempt, with the export customs declaration handled by the buyer or their freight forwarder.
6. Inspection and claims
The buyer may inspect the lot before buying it, by appointment. Claims are only accepted for goods missing from the lot list and must be made in writing within 30 days of collection (art. 342 of the Spanish Commercial Code).
Safety footwear is sold as is, without a guarantee of current conformity with EN ISO 20345; the buyer checks it before putting it into use.
7. Visits
Any professional buyer may visit the warehouse by appointment, accompanied by Zytel.
